Empowering you on your path to emotional freedom.

Kathleen M. Noë, PMHNP-BC

Independent psychiatric practice in Rochester, NY offering Integrative Mental Health support for complex disorders, including treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar. This can include medication management, evidence-based integrative options, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Together, we’ll create a plan that not only brings you relief, but also helps you thrive—mentally and emotionally.

There are variety of available tools to improve your mental well-being.

If you've hopped from one medication or provider to the next for years and still aren't finding relief, you may be questioning the methods or doubting your progress.

Persistent mental health challenges make life complicated enough, and it might seem like your options are more limited than they actually are. As an active decision-maker in your mental well-being, you have permission to try alternative options.

Let’s explore your options according to your unique needs:

We primarily treat complex disorders such as treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar.

option one

Medication Management

We target symptoms with the right medications at the lowest effective doses. The goal is to:

  • reduce symptoms so you can access and use coping skills effectively

  • minimize side effects

  • enhance daily functioning

option two

Integrative Treatments

Complementing therapy and medications by incorporating evidence-based, holistic approaches such as:

  • nutrients

  • plant-based medicine

  • mind-body practices

  • lifestyle management

Option three

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Medically-monitored treatment for complex mental health disorders. It’s known to:

  • provide rapid, long-lasting improvement in mood

  • encourage neuroplasticity (new thought patterns)

  • reduce medication dependence

Get personalized psychiatric care that prioritizes your preferences and goals. My nonjudgmental, transparent, flexible approach values your knowledge of your own body and symptoms. We use your life experiences to guide us in co-creating a treatment plan.

Both in-person and virtual telehealth options are available.

With a focus on complex disorders like treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, BPD, I offer evidence-based alternative therapies alongside conventional treatments grounded in 20 years of diverse experience and education in psychiatry. My clients feel empowered to be active participants on the path to living more mentally & emotionally free.

  • I’ve seen it all! My career began with a masters in Experimental Psychology completing research and data analysis for the National Institute of Mental Health Bipolar Disorder Unit.

Feeling drawn to work directly with patients, I became a Board Certified Psych Nurse Practitioner. Through my experience, I realized that traditional medication approaches did not work for many clients, so became certified in Integrative Mental Health and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

I’m always learning about the latest evidence-based care and bring an abundance of expertise to treat patients’ needs.
